1. Your Data

All memories you store via MemoryAI are kept on MemoryAI servers (PostgreSQL, AES-256 encrypted). Your data belongs to you — we don't claim ownership, don't use it to train AI, and never sell to third parties.

2. Storage & Security

Servers located in Vietnam. Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). API keys stored as SHA-256 hashes — raw keys are never persisted. Each account is fully isolated.

3. DNA Memories

Memories of type preference, decision, identity, pitfall, and procedure are permanently protected (DNA). They never auto-delete. Only removable with your explicit confirmation.

4. Data Retention

Free: 14 days. Pro: 90 days. DNA: forever. Account cancellation: data kept 30 days, then deleted.

5. Third-Party Services

Embeddings generated via AWS Bedrock / OpenAI (content not retained by provider). LLM reasoning via AWS Bedrock Nova Micro (content not retained by provider).

6. Your Rights

Export your entire brain as JSON anytime. Delete everything via API. Brain Export is portable — no vendor lock-in.

7. Service Level

Service provided "as is". Target 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Refund within 7 days of first payment.

8. Governing Law

Governed by laws of Vietnam. Disputes resolved in courts of Hanoi.
