• Memory data: Content you store via the API (facts, preferences, decisions, identity).
• Account info: Tenant ID, API key hash (not plaintext), plan type.
• Usage logs: API operation type (store/recall), timestamps, request count.
• Embeddings: Vector representations generated by OpenAI's embedding API.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• No personal names, emails, or phone numbers (unless you store them as memory).
• No browsing behavior tracking or cookies on the landing page.
• No selling or sharing data with third parties for advertising.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Memory storage and retrieval: Your primary use case.
• Brain processing: Neural graph, association linking, natural fade, idle-time consolidation.
• Embedding generation: Content sent to OpenAI for vector representations.
• LLM reasoning: Pro+ content processed by LLM for consolidation (not stored by provider).

4. Data Storage & Security

• Location: Production-grade EU infrastructure.
• Database: Production-grade vector database. Encrypted at rest.
• Transit: TLS 1.3 via Cloudflare.
• API keys: Stored as SHA-256 hashes.

5. DNA-Protected Memories

Memories marked as preference, decision, or identity are never automatically deleted, only deletable with force=true, and never propagated across agents without consent.

6. Data Retention

• Active: Per plan (Free: 14 days, Pro: 90 days, Team: 1 year, Enterprise: forever).
• DNA: Retained indefinitely regardless of plan.
• Cancelled: 30 days after cancellation, then deleted.
• Export: Anytime via GET /v1/export.
• Delete: Anytime via API.

7. Third-Party Services

• OpenAI: Embeddings and LLM reasoning. OpenAI Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare: CDN, DNS, DDoS protection. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

8. Your Rights

Access, export, delete your data anytime via API. Data exported in standard JSON format.
