Return & Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
- Within 7 days: Full refund, no questions asked. Contact us within 7 days of your first payment.
- 8โ30 days: Pro-rated refund for unused portion of the billing period.
- After 30 days: No refund; cancel to prevent future charges.
- Annual plans: Full refund within 14 days of purchase. Pro-rated after that.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] with your tenant ID or API key prefix.
- Refunds are processed within 5โ10 business days.
- Refund goes back to the original payment method.
3. What Happens After Cancellation
- Your account is downgraded to the Free plan immediately.
- All stored data is retained for 30 days.
- Export your data anytime via
GET /v1/brain/export.
- DNA-protected memories (preference, decision, identity) are never auto-deleted.
- After 30 days, non-DNA data is permanently removed.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.
- API key leaks due to customer negligence (we'll help rotate the key).
- Partial months already consumed in monthly billing.
5. Service Credits
- If we miss SLA (below 99.9% uptime), paid customers receive service credits.
- Credits are applied to the next billing cycle automatically.
- Credit amount: 10x the duration of downtime (e.g., 1 hour down = 10 hours credited).
6. Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges. No refund applies. You can delete your account and data at any time via DELETE /v1/admin/delete or by contacting support.
