MemoryAI is a digital software service (SaaS). There are no physical goods shipped. All service delivery is electronic and instantaneous.

2. Service Activation

• API Key provisioning: Immediate upon account creation (under 2 seconds).
• Pro trial: Activated instantly, no approval wait.
• Paid plans: Activated within 1 minute of successful payment.
• Enterprise: Custom onboarding within 1 business day after contract signing.

3. Service Delivery Channels

• API: Available 24/7 at https://memoryai.dev:8420
• MCP Server: Install via npm install memoryai-mcp
• Python SDK: Install via pip install memoryai
• VS Code Extension: Available on Open VSX marketplace

4. Service Availability

• Target uptime: 99.9% for paid plans.
• Free plan: best-effort availability.
• Scheduled maintenance is announced 24 hours in advance.
• Status page available at server health endpoint.

5. Data Delivery

• Memory storage: persisted within 100ms of API call.
• Memory recall: results returned within 200ms (p95).
• Brain export: available via GET /v1/brain/export, delivered as JSON.
• All data stored on servers in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1).
